Follow these steps to get started with receiving faxes.
  1. If you haven't already created a FaxSalad account; you can do so here.
  2. Purchase a fax number or port your own. All purchased fax numbers are instantly set up and ready for use.
  3. Add your email address to your fax number. You can add multiple recipients.
  4. Begin receiving faxes directly to your email inbox in PDF format. Your virtual number will enable you to receive faxes from physical fax machines or any other traditional or online fax service.

How much does it cost?

There are no line rentals or hidden fees. We do charge a small fee for hosting your virtual fax number, billed on a month-to-month basis until canceled. Each page received is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.

FaxSalad encrypts and stores faxes for up to 3 months on secure servers enabling you to view and re-download received faxes.

Storing your faxes is optional, and you will have the ability to delete faxes on receipt automatically.
